**Required Documents:**
1. **Identification Documents:** Two documents proving your identity (e.g., passport, driver’s license from your country, ID from your country, SSN card, etc.)
2. **Proof of Virginia Address:** Two documents proving your Virginia address (e.g., USPS address change confirmation, utility bills like electricity or water from the last 60 days – cell phone bills are not accepted, bank statements from the last 60 days, W-2 or 1099 form from the last 18 months, vehicle insurance bill, official document addressed to you). We can assist you with these requirements.
3. **Proof of SSN or ITIN:** SSN card, ITIN letter, W-2 form, or pay stub with SSN listed.
You will need to fill out the DL10 form for your application. You can complete and print this form at home before your visit or fill it out at the DMV office: [DL10 Form](https://www.dmv.virginia.gov/webdoc/pdf/dl10.pdf)
If you do not have a driver’s license from another country, you will need to obtain a Learner Permit for the first 60 days. If you have never had a driver’s license before and do not want to wait 60 days, you can complete a driver education course from any driving school and then apply.
After applying, you will need to take a written test. The written test is available in Turkish in the state of Virginia. If you prefer, you can take the test in Turkish: [Written Test Information](https://www.dmv.virginia.gov/drivers/#know_exam.asp)
After passing the written test, you will need to take a driving test. You will also need to schedule an appointment for the driving test: [Driving Test Appointment](https://www.dmv.virginia.gov/general/#skillstest.asp)
Good luck!
